The therapy I offer endaevours to empower you with tools and healthy coping mechanisms to manage your problems in the present, whilst simultaneously exploring the past to aid you with insight and self-knowledge to understand how you got here. I chiefly come from a Mental Health background, working with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and personality disorders.
