My ideal clients are thoughtful, introspective people who feel stuck, disconnected, or emotionally overwhelmed. They may struggle with anxiety, low mood, unresolved emotional patterns, or confusion about who they are or where they’re going in life. They want more than surface-level fixes — they want depth, understanding, and meaningful change. They seek a safe, non-judgemental space to reconnect with themselves, make sense of their inner world, and move forward with greater clarity, authenticity, and purpose.

I offer in person and online counselling sessions, please get in touch for my availability.
In our work together, we will go at your pace and I’ll support you in connecting more deeply with your thoughts, feelings, body and unconscious processes. We may look at relationships, with those around you and with yourself. Explore the different parts that exist within you and assimilate them. Spend time identifying any blocks that might be getting in the way of you doing what you want. Notice bodily sensations and explore what your body may be communicating. Revisit past experiences to process and be held. Identify patterns, why they exist and where they come from.

At points in life we can all experience suffering. Sometimes it's hard to understand what's going on, things start to feel out of control or tough to manage alone. We could be left feeling confused, lonely, disconnected from ourselves and unfulfilled in our lives. Naturally, we want to move forward to a place we can be ourselves in the world. Whether it's working through a traumatic experience, relationship difficulties, abuse, depression, anxiety, addiction, grief or even making a tough decision, therapy is a great place to start.

Waitlist for new clients
June 2026 I have a waiting list for new clients.. All of us have times in our lives when we feel the need for some extra support. Perhaps we are lacking confidence and self-esteem, going through relationship difficulties, feeling depressed, anxious, experiencing stressful life changes such as bereavement, divorce, or redundancy. Perhaps now is the right time to address long-standing issues – or maybe we find ourselves at a crossroads and feel unsure of ourselves and of which way to turn.
