I have worked alongside people of all ages, from a variety of backgrounds, experiencing a broad range of mental health difficulties. These include depression, anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder, phobias, OCD, PTSD, workplace stress, attachment and relationship difficulties. I am also experienced working with members of both the LGBTQ and neurodiverse communities. I take a non-judgmental approach to others, and believes that building positive, trusting relationships is central to therapy. I believe each person, and their difficulties, deserves a psychological approach tailored to their own, personal experience and preferences.

Hello, I am Sabine, a Psychologist, a Certified Transactional Analyst Psychotherapist and a Dance Movement Therapist. I aim to offer you a nurturing environment where you can talk about your difficulties. This can lead you to a deeper understanding of yourself and your worries, which can be the first step for real change. My approach is guided by the “I am OK – You’re OK”: people are born OK and can re-decide their own life. I believe that a person can change their dysfunctional relational and behavioural patterns, if and when they are provided with a facilitating and non-judgemental environment. Please enquire for pricing info.

Before becoming a counsellor I was a nurse for years. I know how to build connections with people and support them through painful experiences. There are events in life which need to be recovered from and I use my skills in creating a warm and welcoming, comfortable space in which my clients can do that. My clients and I often laugh, we've sat sprawled on the floor, we've sung... I want my clients to feel able to let it all hang out whatever way feels right for them in that moment. You'll lead the session but I'll be there with my perspective and expertise to help make sense of what comes up and to learn and adapt with it.

Are you stuck in familiar patterns? Or feeling disconnected from your own life? Therapy offers a way to understand what’s underneath it, and to change it. I’m Tim and over the past fifteen years, I have helped individuals navigate challenges like anxiety, ADHD, and addictive behaviours, often exploring how these may be linked to deeper, unresolved experiences or trauma. I work in an active and deeply curious way. Rather than relying solely on passive reflection, we will collaborate to gently challenge established patterns and help you regain control of your future.

People come to therapy for many different reasons. You may be feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed, stuck in familiar patterns, struggling in relationships, navigating a life transition, or trying to make sense of a difficult experience. I work with both adults and children, taking time to listen carefully to what is happening for you. Together, we can explore what feels important, develop a deeper understanding of your experiences and relationships, and become curious about patterns that may be repeating in your life.

Understanding ourselves, the decisions and choices we make and our relationships with others can sometimes be baffling. You may find yourself acting or behaving in ways that you struggle to align with your personal principles, wishes or desires. At times, your experience may suggest that your way of being doesn't blend with the world around you and you might find yourself meeting resistance from people or institutions. Therapy gives us the chance to explore these challenges together. We can look at your relationships with others and the meaning you make of them, helping to develop your insight, self-awareness and self-acceptance.

I believe healing and growth happens in safe, respectful and deeply human relationships. I have a deep respect for people’s histories, their stories, their culture, humour, pain and strength. I do not see individuals as problems to fix, but as human beings navigating a complex world. At the heart of my therapeutic practice is a belief in the strength and wisdom of the human spirit; in our capacity to survive, adapt, heal and grow in relationship with ourselves and one another.

I offer a protected space for you to explore your different needs and feelings, and reflect on your hopes and wishes - some of these may not yet be known. That's the magic: it's a place of discovery! I value working collaboratively to support your wellbeing and aspirations. This can include enhancing the quality of your relationships, being more creative in your life, and developing qualities that allow you to express what is most important to you. I have been in practice for nearly 30 years, working internationally with different cultures, and this has given me a broader perspective and appreciation of diverse points of view.

I offer 3 types of therapy, they can be used alone, or in combination: Attachment-based psychodynamic therapy (focus on making links between childhood and current relationships, usually long-term), Parent infant psychotherapy (focus on relationship between parent and infant, usually relatively short-term) and EMDR therapy (focus on emotionally charged memories or trauma, usually short-mid length).
Are you struggling with an aspect of parenting? You are not alone. Becoming a parent is a time of great change, transition and heightened vulnerability. The highs of parenthood are wonderful and celebrated, but the lows are often less acknowledged and can be harder to share. Every parent deserve to feel heard and supported. When it comes to seeking help, research shows that early intervention is key. Using short or long-term work, perinatal therapy can be used for a variety of parenting concerns such as colic, feeding/sleeping, low mood, anxiety, attachment concerns and many more.

Are you struggling with intimacy, sexual confidence, or feeling disconnected from your partner or your own body? Difficulties with sex and relationships are incredibly common, but many people feel too ashamed or anxious to talk about them. This can be from a combination of how sex was talked about in your household, your sex education, early sexual experiences and unpleasant sexual experiences. Therapy offers a safe and supportive space to explore what’s going on and begin to move forward.
