I work with people individually or in relationship / couples. The skill-sets and experience I offer draw off a variety of professional trainings. I work with a transformative systemic approach for relational change with self / other. Emotional regulation and feeling through therapeutic dialogue. I offer therapy that makes difficult experiences possible with the embodiment of calming compassion, transformative healing that is also complimentary to mindfulness and yoga.

I have a particular interest in trauma and how it impacts our nervous system: PTSD and C-PTSD, dissociation, hearing voices, addictive behaviours and coping mechanisms and their link to childhood trauma; 'ACE's' (Adverse Childhood Experiences), and how these affect us as adults. Trauma comes in many forms; obvious, overt ones such as physical or sexual abuse, car accidents, war, disasters etc, and also less obvious or covert forms like emotional abuse or neglect, bullying, or just 'not getting what we need' on an emotional level. I'm a member of ISST-D, a trainee member of UKCP and BCPC, and have specialist trauma training.

I am an experienced UKCP registered psychotherapist and supervisor with over 15 years experience. I offer sessions for individuals and couples on both a long and short term basis depending on what is needed. I have an established private practice in Box, Wiltshire. I am also a member of BACP (The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).

I am a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist with over 14 years experience of working with adults in the NHS. I have specific expertise in working with people with trauma related mental health conditions such as PTSD, childhood trauma, domestic violence, dissociative difficulties and psychosis. I work with clients to gain a greater understanding of their difficulties and to develop strategies to support them to move forwards with their goals and reclaim their life.
