I offer both talking therapy and for those who find words limiting, art psychotherapy where no artistic skill needed.
Something feels harder than it should and you might not even have the words for it yet. Maybe you're overwhelmed, anxious, or carrying grief you can't quite name. Perhaps becoming a parent has brought unexpected emotions to the surface. Or you're in the middle of a life transition that's left you feeling lost. I offer warm, relational psychotherapy tailored entirely to you, a space to slow down, make sense of what's happening and feel less alone with it.

Hello and Welcome, Life can indeed be difficult at times. Many are struggling with mental health in ways that are no longer manageable. Our past and present hurts, our unprocessed feelings can rise to the surface. We find ourselves thinking, feeling and acting in ways that do not reflect who we want to be. Some of us have Grief, Trauma or Addiction that we just can’t seem to work through. As a Senior Accredited Psychotherapist with a PHD(Hon), Master Degree and EMDR(Accredited), I've seen thousands come through my door, with various presenting issues and undergo genuine transformation, healing and leave with hope for the future.

Some of the healing tools I offer in my practice are art, mindfulness, meditation, body movement, breathing, sacred geometry, poetry, play therapy and other creative methods or we can talk.
Is it difficult for yourself to connect to your emotions and feelings? Sometimes it is complicated to find a link to enable us express freely. Unintentionally, we can create a habit in which we suppress, run away, deny or manipulate our emotions. It is normal to try to push away feelings of discomfort like stress, fear or pain; but there are tools you can learn to help you cope with these emotions in a healthy way. Instead of denying, distracting yourself, manipulating or disconnecting, you can accept, observe, acknowledge and connect deeply with your feelings.

I work with individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, identity exploration, and long-standing relational patterns. Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck in cycles they can identify intellectually, but struggle to shift emotionally. Together, we explore these patterns with curiosity and care, creating space for greater clarity, connection, and self-understanding. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and collaborative. Clients often describe feeling both deeply understood and gently challenged in our work together. Therapy is not about fixing who you are, but about

Being a young person in this current climate of global instability and heightened anxiety and pressure can be extremely difficult. I offer support for both children, and young people, and parents. I specialise in working with children and young people and have over 14 years' experience in this field. I am passionate about making the process of therapy transparent, affordable and accessible as possible. I am a psychotherapist living and working in Acton, West London. In these profoundly challenging times, I have developed expertise formed having lived through painful life-experiences that so many of us struggle with. How do we face the unexpected emotional upheavals that can feel so overwhelming? To cope with the grief and the loss of a loved one, or the depression and anxiety that can follow sudden unemployment? Is it possible to repair a broken relationship and come to terms with the painful fall out from an affair?

How does art therapy work?
The process of making art allows people to express themselves. Art-making can take many forms, such as painting, collage, or sculpting. The therapist asks questions that the work elicits, such as how the person felt while creating their piece, or if any memories surfaced that they can discuss. The therapist will then work with the patient to process their experience, understand themselves better, and work toward change.

Does art therapy help with trauma?
Art therapy can be a valuable treatment option for those suffering from trauma. Traumatic experiences such as combat, rape, or childhood abuse can be so painful that articulating them can be too scary or painful; creating art allows people to express themselves without words, and tell their story in a different way. The physical nature of creating art can also help people feel rooted in the body, which may benefit those who feel disconnected from their body in the aftermath of trauma.

How long does art therapy last?
The duration of art therapy varies, but a common length for treatment is 10 to 15 weekly sessions. Some people may see improvement in just a few weeks, while others may choose to remain in therapy longer term. Patients should periodically discuss their goals with their therapist to make sure the two are aligned on process and progress.

What are the limitations of art therapy?
Art therapy is helpful for many people, but a limitation is that it doesn’t have as robust an evidence base as other forms of therapy, such as cognitive behavioural therapy or acceptance and commitment therapy. The evidence on art therapy is mixed; some research demonstrates its benefits, while other research suggests that it has little impact on patients.
