I give the tools and techniques to rapidly transform your life, but that only works if you have the determination to take persistent action every single day.
Psychologist: Anxiety, Burnout & Trauma-Informed Therapy. You’re not coping right now. Anxiety is loud, sleep is wrecked, and you feel overwhelmed, on edge or shut down. You might be stuck in panic, intrusive thoughts, burnout, people-pleasing, or trauma-triggered stress that’s affecting your body (tight chest, headaches, gut issues). You need support that feels safe, structured and practical—not vague reassurance. Your goal is to feel steady again: calmer in your body, clearer in your mind, sleeping better, and able to function without forcing yourself through every day.

I am a Clinical Psychologist specialising in EMDR therapy and EMDR-informed coaching.
You may look like you’re coping well on the outside, but inside feel anxious, exhausted or close to burnout. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning professionals who carry a lot of responsibility, struggle to switch off, and feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, pressure or emotional overload. You might be dealing with anxiety, stress, sleep problems or the lingering impact of past experiences, and want things to feel calmer, clearer and more sustainable again.

There are many reasons a neurodivergent person may come to therapy and it's not always BECAUSE of neurodivergence but life itself.
I help other neurodivergent people with processing & understanding how trauma, bullying, racism, discrimination and domestic abuse etc has impacted their lives & work to empower them so they can move forward with confidence. I can help you navigate and move through burnout, trauma, depression, stress and low mood in a supportive and collaborative way.

You will escape the diet cycle and find lasting peace with food in my coaching programme.
Escape the diet trap and find lasting weight loss with me. You may have tried many different diets, but can never do them for long, or regain the weight you have lost. You are not on your own; diets do not work in the long term. In fact, going on a strict 'diet' can lead to yo-yo dieting and weight gain. Whether you've been trapped in the diet cycle, or are considering, or already using, weight loss injections and want the psychological support that research shows makes them more effective, I can help you find what works for you, and a way of sticking at it. You deserve to stop fighting your body and finally feel at peace with food.

This is your life!
Feeling anxious, low, or overwhelmed? Talking therapy helps, but some stress lives deeper in the body. Breathwork is a powerful, science-backed way to release stored tension and regulate your nervous system, for healing that starts from within.

A Counsellor helped my suffering, and when I looked into the eyes of the counsellor all I saw was somebody who was not judging me, and too shared my desire for change that would help me in my life.
You have made it this far because you have realised that this issue is now causing you emotional or psychological pain.  You owe it to yourself to take the next step and go and reach out for help whether it be with myself or another therapist.  If you’re feeling overwhelmed by trauma, caught in cycles of anxiety or depression, or struggling to navigate the complexities of your relationships—you’re not alone. And you don’t have to face it all without support. With years of clinical experience, I offer a safe, skilled, and compassionate space to help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface—and begin the process of healing

I’m a CBT therapist with four years of experience. I have been living in the Middle East and the UK throughout my life and that experience gives me the experience of understanding multiple cultures and issues we may face in life. Life Coaching Counsellors
What can I expect from life coaching?
Clients and coaches will typically start by identifying the problem area(s) that the client hopes to address—then, the coach will help the client brainstorm potential solutions and explore concrete techniques to help the client attain their goals. Coaching is typically short-term and focused on finding solutions in the here and now, rather than exploring a client’s past. In addition to strategies aimed at the client’s specific concerns, coaches may encourage general stress management techniques such as meditation.

Can a life coach help treat anxiety?
Because the majority of life coaches are not licensed clinicians, they are not qualified to diagnose or treat anxiety. Anyone struggling with anxiety or another mental health condition should seek help from a licensed mental health practitioner. However, some coaching clients who struggle with subclinical anxiety report that working with their coach on other problems—such as career dissatisfaction or unhealthy habits—has a positive effect on their anxiety.

Can life coaching be done online?
Yes. While life coaching often happens in person, many coaches conduct sessions over the phone or via online platforms such as Zoom or Skype. Because life coaches are not subject to local licensing regulations in the same way that therapists are, they are able to see clients who live in other locations.

How long does life coaching last?
Life coaching tends to be a shorter-term process than therapy, though it does not always unfold over a specific period of time and is instead based on the coach’s or the client’s preferences. Coaching often takes place over three to 12 months but may be shorter or longer if necessary.
