I offer therapy for many different problems, but I have a special interest in providing therapy for PTSD, complex Trauma, Anxiety and Depression.
These symptoms could be flashbacks, disturbed sleep, anxiety, panic attacks and low mood amongst other symptoms. EMDR also has robust evidence as a treatment for anxiety and panic attacks. The research has identified that anxiety is often caused by distressing or sometimes overwhelming experiences that have impacted and set in motion anxiety symptoms.
