The anxiety, the stress, the emptiness underneath.
Mind Shifting works across your thoughts, emotions, mental images, and body simultaneously. When the emotional weight behind the problem dissolves, it stops being a problem entirely. The behaviour built around it loses its reason to exist. Problems present for years can clear in five to ten minutes. You walk away lighter, clearer, and in control.

Many of my clients are students or researchers in academia or industry, but I've helped people from diverse backgrounds with various issues, often around self-esteem, OCD, anxiety and related problems, such as procrastination and perfectionism.
My theoretical orientation is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I take a holistic approach to therapy, often with a focus on meaning (how we make sense of our lives, and how we generate meaning). I am also passionate about the psychology of video games; if you're a gamer, we may explore how you relate to what you play, if we both think it's helpful.

Still scrolling therapist profiles wondering if you'll find the right fit?
If you look capable on the outside but feel exhausted on the inside, you can pause here.
People describe you as reliable, capable, and someone who gets things done. Yet beneath the surface, you're always bracing.
You've read the books, listened to podcasts, perhaps even had therapy.
Still, your mind won’t switch off. It replays conversations, anticipates problems, and keeps asking "What if I can't cope? What if I make the wrong decision?"
You've slowly stopped trusting yourself and feel embarrassed that you're still struggling.

With over 10+ years supporting adults, including 5 years in a trauma-specialised setting, I have seen how often trauma doesn't live in the past. It lives in your relationships, your body and your sleep. Alongside trauma & attachment, I work with adults carrying what's harder to name, shame, self-doubt, a sense of never quite belonging, not knowing who you are outside of what others need from you, or the weight of relationships that have always felt complicated. Many people I work with don't arrive describing themselves as having been through trauma. Sometimes it's one clear event. Sometimes it's an accumulation of experiences.
