I am Level 3 trained in IFS by Richard Schwartz. At the moment this is the newest modality for treatment of trauma. It gives great results for Childhood Developmental TraumaI, Complex Trauma,PTSD,sexual trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders and addictions. Once people learn the method, clients can do the work by themselves in between sesions which makes the healing faster. IFS is extreemly suitable for highly traumatised systems. After approximately 16 sessions the improvement is visible and clients can not be classify as PTSD if they came with this diagnosis at first place. The reasearch is stil in progress.
