I am an EMDR Europe Accredited Practitioner, accredited integrative therapist and clinical supervisor. I have a warm approach, and offer a safe and non-judgmental space where I aim to support your autonomy. I have experience working with a wide range of issues including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, low self-worth, depression, relationship or family issues, eating disorders, abuse, grief, loss, separation, and suffering/witnessing traumatic events.
