I also provide ADHD therapy and can provide ADHD coaching.
Deciding to attend therapy is a difficult decision. It is important that you find a therapist with whom you can feel comfortable, I aim to provide you with that experience. I believe there is no position or age from which positive change cannot be made and will support you in the process. Alternatively, if you have a goal that you wish to achieve, either personally or professionally, it is vital you find someone who can bring energy, enthusiasm and pragmatism to your sessions. I also have experience in the corporate space and provide seminars on a number of issues and coaching for groups.

Hello and welcome. The thought of therapy can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when we already live in a world that may feel unsafe. I will work with you to build a trusting therapeutic relationship allowing you to feel seen and heard, maybe for the first time. I bring with me a wealth of experience in working with children, teens and adults using a variety of tools and techniques. I can help you to understand why you feel the way you do help you to build resilience and emotional well-being using a trauma informed, neurodivergent approach helping to prevent re-traumatization.

My work spans therapy, supervision, and consultation across the lifespan, with a strong focus on neurodiversity, including Autism and ADHD.
I work with people who want to understand themselves more deeply and find healthier ways to cope with life’s challenges. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns, overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, or low mood, or unsure why they keep reacting the way they do.
Some are carrying the impact of past trauma or difficult life experiences, while others simply feel disconnected from themselves or unsure about their next steps in life.

I am here to support clients who are experiencing challenging emotions and situations, such as anxiety disorders, depression, bereavement, or feeling trapped in repetitive relationship patterns. Our attachment styles are formed from a young age, and as we grow older, we may find ourselves stuck in these same patterns. I have helped clients confront their attachment fears that affect their personal relationships. Additionally, I have worked with individuals who struggle with self-harm and suicidal thoughts, supporting them as they navigate their feelings of emptiness.

Working through the ADHD assessment will free you up of those negative feelings and thoughts others have made you believe about yourself
A warm welcome. What's bothering you might seem small on the outside but can actually be very big on the inside thus impairing you from enjoying and living your best life everyday. You can't change the past but you can change the influence that the past is having on you. I will offer you a safe, private and peaceful space to talk about the difficulties you are facing, to reflect on past experiences that may have left you anxious or depressed, and to work alongside you in making the changes that you feel you need. I am an accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP

You may be feeling anxious, low in mood, or stuck in unhelpful cycles that keep repeating themselves. Perhaps worry, stress, or negative thoughts are affecting your day-to-day life, making it harder to focus, enjoy relationships, or feel confident in yourself. What you want is to feel more in control of how you respond, to break free from patterns, and to have practical tools you can use when life feels difficult. You may also want to strengthen your relationship, reduce conflict, or feel more connected to other people.

I specialise in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) along side other integrative therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Mindfulness and hypnotherapy. The framework my approach is built on is REBT, yet as each of us are different, I integrate the other therapies to suit each individual. When should I seek treatment for ADHD?
You should seek treatment for ADHD if you consistently have difficulty with attention, hyperactivity, or impulsivity that interferes with your daily life. Symptoms of ADHD include the inability to sustain attention during tasks, difficulty organizing tasks and activities, being easily distracted, frequent fidgeting or squirming, and talking or interrupting excessively. If these symptoms interfere with your career, academics, or relationships—for example, consistently failing to complete professional projects on time—you should seek an evaluation for ADHD.
How does treatment for ADHD work?
Effective treatment for ADHD often consists of medication, behavioural therapy, and lifestyle changes. Stimulant medications such as Adderall and Ritalin work by altering levels of neurotransmitters in the brain; higher levels of dopamine and norepinephrine are known to improve attention and focus. Therapy works by helping people with ADHD understand the condition, discuss their areas of difficulty, and develop behavioral strategies to manage their symptoms. In some cases, modifying one’s diet and exercise can also help improve symptoms.
How long does treatment for ADHD take?
It’s tough to give an exact time frame because everyone varies. In terms of medications, stimulants begin to work very soon after you take them, generally within the hour. It may take time to identify the right medication and dosage, but the medication itself is fast-acting. In terms of therapy, it takes time to develop skills and put them into practice, but you will likely see improvements within a few weeks or months.
