About
I am an LGBTQ+ affirmative person-centred counsellor based in Eastbourne. In a society where we are championed for being happy, strong and in control, it can seem daunting and even impossible at times to talk about how we truly feel in fear of becoming a burden or being judged. I offer a safe, accepting and compassionate space for you to be completely yourself, where you can experience your emotions without judgement. Together, we can explore what it is that has brought you to counselling at your own pace.
I have a lot of experience working with gender, sexual and relationship diversity. This doesn't mean that I only work with LGBTQ+ clients or around issues of diversity - I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds.
Finding a new counsellor can be a scary process, and the thought of opening up to someone you don't know can be daunting, so it is important you choose a counsellor you feel comfortable with.
