You might feel like you’ve spent years trying to cope — pushing through, masking, or holding everything together — but inside you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or exhausted. I work with people who have experienced trauma, including sexual or domestic abuse, and those who feel misunderstood or out of place, particularly neurodivergent clients (ADHD/autism). Many of the people I support have spent a long time feeling like they don’t quite fit, or struggling to make sense of their experiences.

I'm an accredited counsellor and supervisor helping children and young adults (4-25), parents and families with issues such as anxiety, depression, school avoidance, and more complex challenges. I am also Barnardo's child-related adoption trained (Ofsted registered). I use a creative approach to help children and young adults tackle the challenges of education, friendships, and identity. We will work towards a greater understanding of the difficulties you are experiencing, exploring solutions and fostering wellbeing for the whole family.

There are lots of reasons someone might think about therapy; maybe you’re navigating a tricky life event, wanting to understand yourself a bit better, or looking for support with anxiety, stress, or other emotional challenges. Even deciding to start therapy can feel like a journey in itself. And then there’s the next step: finding a therapist who feels like a good fit. I work with a wide range of issues, including but not limited to: anxiety, emotional overwhelm, family challenges, life purpose, spirituality, racial identity, self-esteem, and confidence.

Adults (18+) who may feel anxious, depressed, lost, or stuck. They might be navigating life transitions, experiencing stress or overwhelm, or noticing patterns in their behaviour or relationships that no longer serve them, including the impact of racism, gender inequality, or social pressures. They are looking for a safe, supportive space to be themselves, make sense of their experiences, unburden what they carry, and develop self-awareness, resilience, and self-compassion, moving toward greater choice, freedom, and authenticity in life.

Health, work, and life are closely connected. When something feels out of balance, it often affects more than one part of our lives. I’m a Coaching Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience and a qualified Health Coach, supporting people through times of change, challenge, and reflection, where health, wellbeing, and working life intersect. I offer a calm space to pause, make sense of what’s happening, and move forward in steady, sustainable ways. I work one‑to‑one with individuals, taking time to understand your experience and tailor support to your circumstances, values, and capacity, at a pace that feels right for you.
