I have written on body image and provided organisations with presentations on eating disorders: Eating disorders: how to understand, how to help. For over 30 years I have worked with these problems, emotional trauma and personality disorder. I can also help you with a process that can enable you to move forward with life transitions and how you may be able to negotiate change.

I am an experienced psychotherapist and I help people who are feeling insecure, anxious or depressed to feel better. If you feel stuck in particular situations or relationships and you don’t know why or know how to change, I can offer you a safe and private space to explore your thoughts and feelings. I have worked with many people with these kind of difficulties and it is never too late, no matter how long ago your problems began or how difficult things have become. Understanding the meaning of your thoughts and feelings can enable deep and lasting change.
