behavioral psychotherapist (
CBT
) since 1985 in a variety of health settings including NHS and privately.
I work with a wide range of anxiety and mood difficulties helping to bring about understanding and positive change. This includes depression, low esteem, panic, phobias (spiders, animals, storms, heights, emetophobia etc), social anxiety, OCD, BDD, eating disorders, health anxiety, GAD (worry), PTSD/trauma, driving anxiety, insomnia and anger/temper. I offer appointments 9am-6pm Monday to Friday.
