Together we can identify what solutions no longer work and find new and more adaptive ways of solving their current challenges. The aim of therapy is to work with resolving a current challenge the client may have, but also look at past events if they become apparent during the therapy.

Having completed training specific to trauma and trauma-informed approaches, I am confident in my skills to scaffold clients while they learn ways to overcome obstacles, develop coping skills, and enhance their overall well-being.
