We offer online or face-to-face counselling all day Fridays and select evenings and weekends.
It’s great to meet you virtually! I’m Robbie and welcome to WSM Counselling. If you made it this far; well done! What makes us different from other counselling services?.. we work to embark on a client-centred journey to affect positive change that helps to improve lives. We use an integrative eclectic approach; this means adapting evidence based therapeutic strategies, methods, and approaches to suit your needs and personality. You will likely learn and discover much about yourself along the way and, with the right support and guidance, you will be well placed to reach your goals, improve wellbeing and find your inner peace.

Hi and welcome, I work with individuals and couples. I offer clinical supervision, workshops to counsellors, psychotherapists and as well as organisations. My previous clients have said I have an easy going and insightful approach . Whilst I don't claim to have all the answers what I do have is experience helping people have a greater understanding themselves and supporting them to create a positive way forward.

I offer in-person sessions in Wrington (close to Bristol and Weston-super-Mare), or online sessions for anyone in the UK.
My approach is integrative, which means I use different techniques and approaches to best suit the person in front of me. I sit on a person centered basis, and use a lot of psychodynamic work to explore the root of what's causing difficulties, and how your life experiences have impacted your present. I bring in other techniques such as CBT when useful.

I currently have space at 9am in person on a Wednesday
You may be looking for help around something specific such as difficult feelings or aspects of your life have become overwhelming or unmanageable, or maybe it is to understand and heal from past experiences. Whatever your reason for seeking counselling my aim is to help you to make sense of why you feel the way you do and to help you move through this difficult period in your life. I fundamentally believe that gaining insight and awareness through the process of counselling and psychotherapy facilitates healing and being able to find a new way forward.

My counselling service is both face to face and online through video call.
My counselling practice is centred on the belief that difficulties can send us ‘off-track’ but we all have the capacity to find our way back, we might just need a little help. I work with what you bring, using the counselling approach that meets your individual needs, rather than fitting your needs into a predecided approach. For example you may need some immediate help with tools to manage your current symptoms, and then later want to look deeper into discovering the cause of those symptoms. Whatever you bring I will offer you the care, empathy and understanding without judgement.

I’ve been providing counselling services for over nine years, offering sessions in person, over the phone, and via video call.
I use a humanistic counselling approach, allowing you the time and space to talk about whatever's on your mind. Together, we can explore these thoughts, which can help you gain deeper self-awareness and clarity on your current issues. I also incorporate other therapeutic methods when it feels like a different approach might better suit your needs.

I'm offering expert counselling in person and online via zoom.
You are a thoughtful, capable adult in your 20s to early 40s, used to managing work and responsibility, yet finding your relationship or life direction unexpectedly difficult. You are doubting the life you have built and the future you imagined, hoping to get back what you once had and wondering whether a different path may best. You may be struggling in your relationship or life, not because everything is wrong, but because something no longer feels quite right. What once felt natural now feel confusing and emotionally draining. Situations go in circles or turn into fights, past experiences create doubt and loss of trust.

As a BACP registered Person-Centred Counsellor, I offer a warm, accepting, and non-judgemental therapeutic relationship. I've been conducting therapies with adults and adolescents both Turkish and English. You may be feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed, or emotionally stuck, even if you cannot clearly name what is wrong. Perhaps you have been carrying things on your own for a long time, or you notice patterns in your life or relationships that no longer feel helpful. You might be navigating life between cultures, feeling disconnected, or struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, or difficulties around food and self-worth.

I continue to be deeply interested in understanding the unique struggle each of us undergo throughout our lives, sometimes more than once. In providing a safe, facilitating environment within which a process of unfolding, unlearning and enabling new self-learning, then an exploration can take place between us. Through greater understanding of our innermost self, together we can begin to allow the possibility for change.
