Although I specialise in low self-esteem/confidence building, understanding and managing anxiety and body image I have experience of working in many areas of Counselling. I believe swapping a Therapy room for an outdoor setting is therapy in itself; providing a freedom to fully immerse yourself into you and your problems, thus finding a solution or an understanding of what is happening through talking as we walk.
