I work with a variety of presenting issues including anxiety, self harm, depression, BPD, ASD, ADHD, suicide ideation and others so please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions.
Do you want to feel happier? Do you struggle regulating your emotions, suffer with anxiety, depression, feeling sad or have low self esteem? Maybe you feel stuck and have lost yourself. Sometimes there is a specific reason and we know what is making us feel that way, other times it appears there is no reason at all. Counselling can help unpick whats going on, identify those thoughts and for it to feel less overwhelming and more manageable.

I’m a cognitive behavioural psychotherapist supporting people aged 14+ to build self-esteem and navigate life with ADHD.
Therapy is a partnership — a space to explore life’s challenges, openly and honestly. Therapy is centred on you and its where important changes can begin. We’ll bring curiosity to your thoughts, feelings and behaviours — and how certain patterns may be keeping you stuck. From there, we’ll work towards lasting changes with more clarity and confidence.

If you’re neurodivergent—or wondering—you deserve support that understands how your brain actually works. Does this sound familiar? Years of not quite fitting anywhere. Friendships that don’t stick. A relentless inner critic saying everything you do is wrong. Rejection memories—small moments others brush off, but they haunt you intensely. Perhaps you’ve struggled with depression, feeling hopeless and unable to meet expectations (often set by others, not yourself). Relationships feel impossibly complex—you want intimacy but struggle to be understood. You might be masking constantly, exhausted from pretending to be ‘normal.’

I have a keen interest in working with individuals who are seeking self-awareness. Art Therapy allows expression that is not based on spoken language only. You don't need any artistic skills or any previous experience in creative expression. I hope for clients to learn their own skills and tools to heal and transform and be their best possible self. I know how hard life can be due to situations from past and present that affect us.

I am a fully qualified, accredited Psychotherapist and counsellor. I work with a range of issues, including anxiety and depression. Being heard and accepted for being who you truly are, can feel incredibly empowering. When this is taken away, our thoughts can trigger unhelpful behaviours, increasing low mood. Which in turn can play havoc with our emotions. When we feel lonely and isolated, overwhelming feelings can flood our thoughts and fears. I can offer you a safe, warm, and confidential space to explore any issues that may contribute towards your anxiety and depression. I am here to listen to you in an non-judgmental way.

Life can feel overwhelming at times — whether you’re battling anxiety, struggling with relationships, carrying the weight of past trauma, or simply feeling stuck. You don’t have to face it alone. I provide a safe, supportive space where you can make sense of what’s happening, develop new ways of coping, and move towards lasting change. I’m an integrative psychotherapist, trained in psychodynamic, person-centred, and CBT approaches. Underpinning all my therapeutic work is the knowledge that it is ultimately the quality of the relationship between client and therapist - that's you and me - that heals.

With specialisms in teenage / child counselling; and specialised experience working with ADHD, Autism (ASD / PDA), SEN and childhood trauma, I understand that traditional counselling doesn't always suit individual differences, that's why I am adaptable.
I have always wanted to use my personal and professional experience to support others, especially young people and those living alongside young people. I have a specific passion towards supporting those facing social, emotional and behavioural challenges - including those involved in youth offending. I have a wealth of experience working with young people and vulnerable adults who are experiencing withdrawal or segregation from society, whether that's due to anxiety, depression, social or environmental factors, or situational factors.

Whatever brings you to therapy, whether it be anxiety, depression, trauma, or any other difficulty, I offer a safe, non-judgemental space for you to share whatever you need. It is my belief that suffering, such as anxiety, depression, loneliness or shame, are expressions of our most painful experiences. That, in order to heal, those, often unconscious experiences need to be explored, processed and understood within the safety of a trusted therapeutic relationship. That is, my role is to help you to welcome your emotions, discover meanings, recognise relational and behavioural patterns and explore options.

Hi, I'm Chris, I'm a bit of a nerd who is into books, gaming, movies and TV shows. Being a therapist isn't just my job, it's something I genuinely love doing because I am hugely curious about people. I realised I had a true interest in people while I traveled and met people from different walks of life, cultures and spiritualities. I spend a lot of my time trying to learn and understand things, whether it's a new game, philosophical concept or how something works. In my role as a therapist I'm getting to know and understand you so that we can figure out how best to support you through what it is you are experiencing.

Hi, I’m Caroline. I am a qualified Integrative and Humanistic Psychotherapist. My approach is Transactional Analysis which can be applied across all modalities. I offer a confidential, caring and non-judgmental sessions for individuals, couples and groups. Often in today’s busy lifestyles, it can be all-to-easy to put your dreams to one side and not allow yourself the time to explore your thoughts and feelings fully. Unexpected events and challenging times can also become difficult to manage, making it hard to think straight.

When should I seek treatment for ADHD?

You should seek treatment for ADHD if you consistently have difficulty with attention, hyperactivity, or impulsivity that interferes with your daily life. Symptoms of ADHD include the inability to sustain attention during tasks, difficulty organizing tasks and activities, being easily distracted, frequent fidgeting or squirming, and talking or interrupting excessively. If these symptoms interfere with your career, academics, or relationships—for example, consistently failing to complete professional projects on time—you should seek an evaluation for ADHD.

How does treatment for ADHD work?

Effective treatment for ADHD often consists of medication, behavioural therapy, and lifestyle changes. Stimulant medications such as Adderall and Ritalin work by altering levels of neurotransmitters in the brain; higher levels of dopamine and norepinephrine are known to improve attention and focus. Therapy works by helping people with ADHD understand the condition, discuss their areas of difficulty, and develop behavioral strategies to manage their symptoms. In some cases, modifying one’s diet and exercise can also help improve symptoms.

How long does treatment for ADHD take?

It’s tough to give an exact time frame because everyone varies. In terms of medications, stimulants begin to work very soon after you take them, generally within the hour. It may take time to identify the right medication and dosage, but the medication itself is fast-acting. In terms of therapy, it takes time to develop skills and put them into practice, but you will likely see improvements within a few weeks or months.
