I am an integrative, identity affirming therapist offering 121 support for adults and young people. I specialise in clients with ADHD, Autism and neurodivergence, anxiety and mood disorders, as well as providing family support to caregivers with neurodivergent children.
I work in an outdoor setting and I also offer online sessions. I provide a supportive and safe space to talk.
I hold individuality and autonomy at the centre of my practice and as a result, my work is very much tailored to meet what you need. I choose to work flexibly and without judgment, so that you can express yourself in whatever way feels most comfortable.
I am flexible and adaptable to your needs. I offer ecotherapy (as walking & talking therapy) as I believe that connecting with nature is essential to our wellbeing. I am a humanistic therapist, which has an emphasis on a persons’ individual nature and how this impacts wellbeing.
I provide a safe, professional and confidential space where you can share what you need without judgement and without barriers. The counselling process allows the healing process to begin from within and allows each individual to go at their own pace.
