Hi, I'm Emmanuelle and I specialise in Maternal Mental Health, and working with teenagers. Becoming a mum and becoming an adult are times of significant change and challenge. I have been there and now I am here to support you.
Whoever you are, whatever you are experiencing, we all struggle sometimes. I believe having someone to talk to can make a huge difference to how you view and navigate life. You are not alone - even counsellors have counsellors!
I am an integrative counsellor and specialise in working with mums at all stages of parenthood, from pre-conception onward. I also have 20 years experience working with teens, and work with anyone age 10+. I offer a safe, confidential space to talk and work through whatever is troubling you. No question or thought is too much, too 'silly' or too 'weird'.
I believe therapy can be fun! (Yes, it is also hard, emotional work.) My job is to listen to you, and my focus will always be you. I believe in putting the person above the problem. I am not here to offer advice, but to help and encourage you to find your own way through. Life can get really hard sometimes and I truly believe counselling can help.
