I specialise in Maternal Mental Health, and working with teenagers. Matrescence and adolescence are times of huge change and I am here to support you. Whoever you are, whatever you are experiencing, we all struggle with aspects of life sometimes. Having someone to talk to can make a huge difference and help ease the pressure life puts on us. I'm an Integrative Counsellor. I work with mums and teens, and work part time in secondary schools. I offer you a safe, confidential space to talk and work through whatever is troubling you. I am happy to accommodate babies and small children in our online sessions.
