Much of my work centres on the quiet ways people lose contact with themselves.
Over twenty years of practice, I’ve seen the same pattern again and again: people who were once alive to their own desires and possibilities grow quieter and more guarded because something happened along the way. Not broken. Just contracted.
I care not only about what caused that contraction, but what it feels like to live inside it. We work with mind and embodied experience — thought and feeling together — gently reconnecting them when they’ve come apart, so new possibilities can begin to come into view.
