Groups
Group Supervision
Group supervision is on the 1st and 3rd Fridays. 4 to 6 practitioners because genuine learning requires intimacy, not just attendance. We go beyond case discussion. Sessions explore how cultural identity, personal triggers, and professional boundaries surface in your clinical work, and how group dynamics mirror the relational patterns you're navigating with clients. Case consultation and peer learning sit alongside each other. You'll learn as much from the group as from me. I work with qualified therapists and trainees. My approach is developmentally focused and direct. I expect active participation. Groups meet weekly or fortnightly, online or in person.
