Hello I'm Emma, an Integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor, relocating, from May - August 2025 online only for this period. Coming alongside you, together we can take the steps which are important to you. Experiencing myself how therapy supports the most difficult times experienced in life. Whether it's the pain of grief, loss, trauma, anxiety, depression or you just feel lost or in a rut. Stuck in a cycle of unhealthy relationships, or patterns of behaviour that you want to change. I believe there are times we all need support to understand ourselves and look at how we perceive a changing world and where we fit into it.
Depending on our childhood experiences things can look and feel frightening or overwhelming. I offer 50minute, weekly session and as a Person Centred therapist, this time is a confidential, non-judgmental, safe place for you to explore. Either face to face in my garden room with parking, or for busy lives online zoom sessions.
It's important to me you find a good fit regarding therapy, send a brief email or call to arrange an initial free 30 min appointment. This is different from a session, I explain how I work and hear your reason for coming and we discuss together how to move forward. Sessions are weekly, 50 minutes, availability Monday - Friday including some evenings.
Call or Email Emma Tate now for a free 15 minute consultation - 01442 974597
