I work with adults experiencing a range of emotional difficulties and offer neuroaffirming autism assessments for adults. With over 10 years’ NHS experience, I provide compassionate online therapy and comprehensive autism assessments. My therapeutic work draws on Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and EMDR and is always tailored to your needs, goals and pace.
