I offer a confidential counselling service where you can explore your issues in a safe and non-judgemental setting, and where you can explore ways forward.in your life. I am a B.A.C.P. (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) registered and accredited counsellor, based in Whitchurch Shropshire. I have over 10,000 hours of face to face Counselling and Supervision experience, both in the NHS and in Private Practice. My work is fully insured and supervised and I also take referrals from G.Ps, the NHS and employers.
In my extensive G.P based work I have counselled a very wide range of clients of all ages (over 16) and from all walks of life. I have developed the skills to work short or long term with clients, depending on their needs. I offer a confidential counselling service, based in Whitchurch, Shropshire, for individuals and couples.
My counselling training is psychodynamic; however, I have had many other training influences so my approach is eclectic, enabling me cover a wide range of issues, in a safe, calm and non-judgemental environment, where you feel supported and heard. I believe that confidentiality is at the core of my ethical and empathic practice for individuals and couples.
