I am a Cognitive Behaviour Therapist(CBT) providing evidence base psychotherapy for people over the age of 16 struggling with various presenting issues: Bereavement, Depression, Phobias Social/Health anxiety, Relationship troubles, Abuse, OCD, PTSD. My clients enjoy working with me to develop skills they will use for the rest of their lives.
I am a caring, calm and warm person who is very passionate about the work I do. Sessions are within a safe, non-judgemental and confidential environment.
