In our sessions you will expect to find a safe, warm and non-judgemental space for you to discuss whatever that is impacting on your life in a negative way.
Helping people is at the core of what I do, I have four years of experience working as a counsellor and seven years experience working with adults with learning disabilities. During your initial session, I aim to work collaboratively with you to ensure the best treatment plan for you to help you move forward in an achievable way.
