Hello, I'm Emma - a qualified and registered pluralistic counsellor and psychotherapist. At times, life can feel fast-paced, overwhelming, and difficult to manage on your own. I have many years of experience working alongside individuals, young people and families through life's changes. I can draw upon a range of therapeutic approaches, including person-centred therapy, psychodynamic therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. In my practice, I will ensure our work together meets your needs.
My background in counselling, social work and advocacy has given me a deep understanding of the different stages and struggles people face.
