I am a psychotherapeutic counsellor, offering empathic and compassionate support to individuals. I believe that counselling provides a space in which we can explore painful experiences and difficulties, find meaning, and a way forward in our lives. My practice and approach are non-judgmental and respectful of individual experience, and whether you are seeking clarity or change, or help during a difficult and painful time, I aim to support you.
My psychotherapeutic training is in Transactional Analysis, a model that I believe helps people to understand why we think, feel, and behave the way we do, supporting them in making positive changes to their lives.
I offer both short and long-term counselling, tailored to what you might need. I draw on my core training, as well as other modalities such as cognitive behavioural therapy.
