As a consultant clinical psychologist I am trained in many different therapeutic modalities & ways to reduce distress. More importantly, however, my focus is to tailor this knowledge in a way that’s specific & bespoke to you. I will honour & respect however you’ve coped until now, whilst thinking with you about what it is that you need to be different.
