Whether this is the first time that you’re seeking out therapy or if you have done this before, the process can be overwhelming. But you should know that by being here you've taken an important step forward in beginning to resolve your personal struggles. I am a fully qualified humanistic integrative psychotherapist, with over a decade of experience working both within private and public therapeutic services. I am a registered member of The British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and I adhere to their ethical code of practice and confidentiality.

I have extensive experience working with Eating Disorders and have also worked with a range of different presentations including anxiety, depression, addictions and pre/post-natal illness. Outside of my private practice, I lead a counselling and psychotherapy service for parents of children with ASD and ADHD in a specialist neurodiversity organisation.
It can be a challenge to pick up the phone and make an initial contact. Remember, in deciding to reach out, you have made the first step towards living the life you want.
