I offer a confidential space where you can begin to make sense of what’s been happening whether that’s anxiety, grief, trauma, or simply feeling overwhelmed. I want to hear your story and support you in exploring things at your own pace. You’ll be met with care, validation, and respect. I work with adults navigating Anxiety, Depression, bereavement, ADHD and relational difficulties, drawing on experience in NHS GP practices, youth counselling, and IAPT agencies.
Through exploration and explanation I help you to recognise negative patterns of behaviour and make positive changes to your life. I use a variety of tools and psycho education helping you increase your confidence and self-esteem.
It can sometimes be difficult speaking with family and friends about your frustration, sadness or worries over a situation. This is where counselling can enable you to talk freely and without judgement where you will be provided with compassion, acceptance, understanding and confidentiality. Someone who is independent of the situation.
