As an integrative therapist with over 16 years in mental heath services, I bring a deep understanding of the challenges people face when struggling with emotional distress, trauma or long term mental health difficulties. My experience has given me insight into how complex life experiences can impact our sense of self, relationships, and overall wellbeing.
