I am a UKCP Trainee Psychotherapist. I offer an initial 50 minute session free of charge to help us to decide whether we would like to work together. You might be coming to see me about a specific issue, such as a bereavement, loss, anxiety or relationship problems. Perhaps difficulties from your past are causing problems in the present. Maybe you are feeling stuck or have a sense that something in your life doesn't feel right, without yet knowing what is wrong. My formal training is in relational Transactional Analysis psychotherapy. I am a trainee member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), UKATA and EATA, and abide by their professional and ethical codes of practice. I receive regular supervision from an experienced UKCP accredited psychotherapist and am fully professionally insured.

I work from the assumption that you will have made the best decisions you could at the time, and from the belief that you are of inherent value and worth, just because you are you. Good therapy can give you the space and permission to understand yourself better, to focus on what is important to you, strengthen your sense of self and find new ways forward.
