My ideal client is someone who feels that something in their life no longer fits, even if they can’t quite explain why. Often, life looks fine on the outside, yet internally they may feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure of who they are becoming. This can show up in relationships, intimacy or desire, a sense of emotional flatness, or difficulty feeling at home in themselves.
They are often thoughtful and reflective, but feel caught in familiar patterns or disconnected from their body or emotions. They want space to understand themselves more fully. Their goal is to live in a way that feels more authentic, meaningful, and alive.
My work is grounded in existential, relational and embodied psychotherapy. I offer a thoughtful, collaborative space to explore your lived experience emotionally, relationally and in the body. I have a particular interest in working with issues around relationships, intimacy, sexuality and identity.
If you are feeling unsure, disconnected, or at a point of change, therapy can offer space to pause and make sense of your experience without judgement or pressure. You do not need to have clear answers to begin. If this way of working resonates, you are welcome to reach out and see whether working together feels right.
