I offer supportive psychological therapy for adults, couples, and people in multi-partnered relationships who want to reconnect with what truly matters. I specialise in helping clients and their partners navigate

A common theme amongst these difficulties is shame; I am passionate about helping people unburden themselves from shame to live a more authentic and loving life.
I integrate trauma therapy i.e. EMDR, body based therapies focusing on the mind-body connection, compassion focused therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy. I tailor therapy to meet your needs and always offer you a compassionate and non-judgemental space to make sense of your experiences, better understand yourself and start living a fulfilling life.
I am down to earth, open and direct. I understand that accessing therapy can feel hard so I will do my best to support you through this process going at your pace. I am proud to be a gender, sexual and relationship diversity practitioner and I aim to create an environment of safety in therapy where you can be yourself. I offer short and long term therapy.
