I work with an integrative approach which utilises my core training in Relational Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy and Integrative Counselling to tailor how we might work so that it best serves you. I also offer Ecotherapy or outdoor work.
I offer weekly sessions, lasting 50 minutes. Generally, they will be on the same day at the same time every week.
I have availability on Thursdays 0900 - 1400 and Fridays 1330- 1700.
