It isn't often, in our everyday lives, that we feel truly heard, understood and accepted without sensing judgement or criticism from others. Therapy offers you a calm space to begin to tell your story; permission to pause and reflect on what you have been through, validate your response to trauma and loss and gently navigate the path forward. I will support you on your therapeutic journey, gently empowering you to realise your inner resources and ways of coping and navigating your world so that you feel more in control.
I incorporate different therapeutic approaches depending on individual client's needs and have experience working with bereavement, loss, relationship difficulties, trauma, anxiety, mental/emotional abuse and life-limiting diagnosis. Specialist interests include infertility, pregnancy and infant loss, traumatic birth experiences, TFMR and postnatal support.
