We all face challenges throughout life. There may be experiences in our past that still impact us, relationships we want to improve.
I work with many issues including:
Relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, trauma, feeling stuck. work related struggles such as stress, burn out, not feeling good enough. Issues relating to gender/sexuality and neuro-diversity. I particularly enjoy working with people towards discovering a deeper sense of purpose, creativity and a stronger sense of their own potential. My practice is diverse and I am sensitive to social, sexual and cultural difference.
As an integrative therapist I aim to be open, responsive and present to whatever you bring to each session. I draw from psychodynamic, humanistic, existential and attachment informed approaches.
I can also help to deepen awareness through mind-body approaches if this is something you are open to.
To find out more or book an initial session please contact me via phone or email and I will get back to you as soon as possible. We can then arrange an initial session for you to talk about what has brought you to counselling, this is an opportunity for us to meet and see how we might work together. I offer sessions on either a long or short term basis.
