I’m Emma, a counsellor specialising in adults, children and young people. I combine talking, somatic, creative and nature‑informed approaches. My approach is person-centred, with gentle, and relational focused on you and what you’re experiencing. Sessions move at your pace, and I offer a warm, empathic therapeutic relationship where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement.

As an integrative counsellor, I believe that therapy should be as unique as the person seeking it, working collaboratively. I prioritise co‑regulation first, skill teaching second. Sessions are, sensory‑aware, and tailored to developmental needs: sand‑tray, art, story, movement, and nature‑based activities are used to help express what words can’t hold.
