Hello my name is Emma. I work with both individuals and couples offering solution focused therapy with many years of experience. Good therapy is a collaboration between the therapist and client and provides a safe and confidential space where you can discuss and understand your experiences and the impact that it may be having on you. I offer both practical strategies and a space where we can gently begin to explore how to work with your physical and emotional responses.
