Does life feel overwhelming or out of control? Feeling stuck and want a more fulfilling future? I offer a confidential and safe therapeutic environment for children, adults and couples to explore and process the difficulties you are facing, at your own pace. Counselling focuses on your future and moving past any blocks that prevent you from living your life how you wish. Together we will explore your present difficulties, as well as past experiences that have led to your current situation. This provides the opportunity to gain a deeper insight and understanding of yourself as well as your current challenges.
I place great value and importance on the client counsellor relationship and provide a non-judgemental holding space, promoting self-reflection and growth. This, in my experience, is one of the most important factors in successful therapeutic change. We will work collaboratively with the material you bring and you will be in control of your journey.
Your starting point and end goals are unique as your difficulties affect you in individual ways, therefore my approach is flexible and tailored to your needs, respecting both you and your goals. Change is facilitated in many ways, with an overall aim of reducing emotional distress and developing healthy coping mechanisms leading to a more fulfilling future.
