With over 30 years in the NHS, I’ve supported people across the lifespan to rebuild safety, connection and hope. I offer compassionate, paced therapy using CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR, shaped around what fits you.

I help people make sense of the patterns they’ve developed over time—why they formed, how they once protected or supported them, and why they might feel limiting now. As we explore this sensitively together, many clients find they begin relating to themselves more compassionately.
