I provide a non-judgmental, safe, confidential, neuroaffirming, therapeutic space where we can better understand what’s going on for you. A great deal of my practice is focused on relationships (with ourselves and others- including our relationships with the things and people we turn to- substances, eating disorders, self- harm etc). I love working with people to help them better understand themselves and work with many of my clients to explore whether they may be Neurodivergent.
I also offer clinical supervision to Integrative therapists.
I work with individuals and couples. I am a qualified, accredited psychotherapist, Accredited EMDR Practitioner and trained in Pain Reprocessing Therapy. I have experience working with a wide variety of presenting problems, including eating disorders, relationship difficulties, addiction, low mood, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and pain.
I understand it can be a little daunting reaching out and talking about things that may be very personal, however it might be something that helps you reach your goal.
