I am a qualified counsellor, working from an integrative approach. I believe that you have the ability to find the answers and be your best self. I am a former primary school teacher, and have worked with people of all ages, with varying issues.
I have experience of working with many problems, including bereavement, miscarriage, relationship and family issues, dementia, anxiety, addiction, medical diagnoses, suicidal thoughts, and depression. I have a particular interest in working with victims of coercive and controlling behaviour, as well as narcissistic relationships of all kinds.
