I am a qualified counsellor, working from a person centred approach. I believe that you have the ability to find the answers and be your best self. I can offer you a safe, non-judgemental space to explore your feelings, and to help you navigate this difficult time in your life. I am a former primary school teacher, and have worked with people of all ages, with varying issues.
I have experience of working with bereavement, miscarriage, relationship and family issues, victims of coercive and controlling behaviour, narcissistic relationships, dementia, anxiety, addiction, medical diagnoses, suicidal thoughts, and depression.
