Hi, I’m Emma. I’m a counsellor working online with adults, and I am based in SW London. Starting therapy can feel very daunting. You may be dealing with something specific, or you might simply feel overwhelmed and stuck, or even unsure of what you actually need. You may just want to feel heard. I’m here to offer a warm, safe space where you can talk openly, feel listened to, and explore what’s going on at a pace that feels right for you. I offer both short-term and long-term work depending on what feels right to you.
I specialise in addiction and have a strong understanding of 12-step recovery and the emotional work that goes alongside it. I also regularly support people with anxiety, depression, relationship and work struggles, low self-esteem, grief and loss, as well as those with a wish to understand themselves better and explore their emotional patterns.
Clients often describe me as calm, warmhearted, compassionate, and easy to talk to. I offer a non-judgmental space where you can bring anything - whether it feels big, confusing, shameful, or something you’ve never voiced before. There’s no pressure to be a certain way; you can show up exactly as you are and use the sessions in a way that fits you best.
