As a neurodivergent counsellor, with both training in and lived experience of ADHD and autism, I am sensitive to the specific needs of individuals with neurodiversity coming into the counselling room. During our first session we will establish what small changes can be made to ensure the counselling space feels safe and comfortable for you.
Counselling is different to coaching, I'm not here to give advice, but to help you to explore who you are, what is happening for you, and what that means for you.
Blending person-centred counselling, psychodynamic counselling and CBT I tailor counselling to you. Firstly I am here to listen to you and for you to be heard, with empathy and understanding, and without judgement. We may talk about what has happened in the past or look at tools to make daily life a little easier, but each session is led by you.

Our integrative counselling methods cater to your unique needs, ensuring a safe space for personal growth and healing for all adults aged 18 and over.
