You may be experiencing psychological difficulties, such as depression or anxiety, or a general sense of feeling stuck and unfulfilled, or burnt out. All of these may negatively affect your relationships, career, self-esteem and overall happiness, as well as your physical health. Sometimes therapy can help you make sense of these.
As everyone’s story is different, therapy should be adjusted accordingly to meet your unique needs and circumstances rather than adopting a “one size fits all” approach. Being trained as a Clinical Psychologist means I am proficient in multiple therapeutic models, and can integrate them to provide a personalised and tailored approach to our work.
